The book is easy to read and follow and gives clear instructions on how to train your horse. At last a book of instruction that is effective and kind to the horse. Love it.

I had a very inspirational lesson with Alize when she came to Norfolk. I have just begun to use clicker training and it was brilliant to have been taught by Alize and to have her support. She
explained everything very clearly, gave lots of encouragement and helped me to correct my mistakes. Thank you, Alize, for inspiring us on our journey :)
Alize came to teach a weekend work shop at our place in Portugal. Over the weekend we learnt the principles of positive reinforcement training and clicker training through a mixture of theory and
activities. We trained horses, dogs, and even a cat.
It was great to put into action what we learnt in a fun and safe space that Alize created for us, we learnt and laughed from our mistakes, cheered our success and generally had a great time whilst
learning. Alize is very passionate about what she teaches and I learnt a lot. Thank you and hope to see you again one dayxx

I attended a short, 2-day beginners course on operant conditioning & positive learning with Alizé in northern Portugal. Alizé's lessons, practical & theory, were a lot of fun & I learnt
an enormous amount as well as being able to brush up on my rusty clicker training with my 12yr old dog, Teddy. Alizé is a very generous teacher and incredibly patient with animals and humans. Thank

I own a riding school that is committed to the welfare of our horses and we strive to provide ethical riding lessons that the horses will enjoy as much as the riders. Alize visited us to help me with
non coercive training methods for ridden work. It is important to me that we work in partnership with our horses as much as possible, as after all, we have chosen this job but they haven't! Alize is
very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about sharing her knowledge as much as possible, she is thorough and keen to help. She has a friendly and non judgemental manner and I learned a lot from training
with her. We worked with horses both at liberty and ridden and Alize showed me many useful techniques that will help us maximise the welfare of our working horses.

I have been searching for a long time for meaningful and logical explanations of how horses learn effectively. I often wondered why I'm having difficult time to understand "traditional" methods in
depth, their mechanisms and effects. In addition as a newbie I have challenging time with a shut down and "don't really care what you are doing" attitude of a former senior school horse. I tried
methods which I was not comfortable with but kept on insisting myself, I had to do it, as this was the only right way. Now, as I managed to step outside my mental comfort zone and asked Alize's help,
a brand new world opened up (and now my horse comes to the arena voluntarily for doing the session without any lead rope whatsoever when she notices me). Positive reinforcement based learning makes
sense finally for me and I can "decode" the attitude of my horse much much more effectively. Alize gives a detailed and comprehensive explanation for each lesson and phenomena and thoroughly reviews
my training videos. There is an awful lot more to learn, however, the journey so far was really an enlightment. I recommend Fairhorsemanship online coaching for those who are brave and open to
challenge their own views and also thinks that blood and tears are not necessarily parts of horse training. In fact, this learning is highly rewarding for both the horse and the human as well!

I have been very lucky to have found Alize through Facebook. She helped me so much through online coaching sessions learning about positive reinforcement and generally also suggesting ways to enrich
the quality of my horse's life. She was always available when experiencing difficulties (a lot with self confidence) and supported me through it. Her online coaching session are educational too and
she has great ways of passing on theory and making it fun to apply. Recently she came to Scotland to support me directly with hands on sessions which were amazing learning opportunities. Seeing her
in action with my horse was fascinating to observe. She is patient and very encouraging and I could not have moved forward with my horse had she not been there. She also run a day workshop which was
attended by others too. The workshop provided a vast amount of learning opportunities and huge insight into horse behaviour and psychology. I really learned so much and it helped me putting a
different and more realistic perspective on my relationship with my horse. The one to one sessions with Alize were fantastic and my confidence has hugely improved. Thank you Alize for making this
huge commitment to helping me and coming all the way from Cardiff to Scotland. I can recommend Alize highly.
I can not recommend Alize highly enough. Her online lessons are fun, very educational and the results with my horse have been amazing. She has always been very prompt in supporting me should I have
any difficulties/questions etc.

It was wonderful to be part of Alize's first full weekend clinic held in Donegal Ireland. I also know that my horse Ruby and my donkey Reggie thoroughly enjoyed the experience too. I have always used
positive reinforcement, but it was personally rewarding to see it has created two confident and happy equines, who were happy and willing to learn with new people, not to mention also having fun. So
well done Alize for coming over to a new group of people and new equines, you helped create a lovely learning experience for us all.

Great weekend! We had an introduction into learning theory, seen studies why positive reinforcement works better than punishment and had fun with the clicker, shaping each other into a behaviour. :-D
In the afternoon everyone had the opportunity to work with lovely Ruby or cute Reggie (horse and donkey). Sunday was all practical. The advantage of going bitless, even with a spirited horse, was
demonstrated and we learned how to use the clicker while riding a horse. Thank you for a very informative weekend!

had a lovely lesson with alize, first time bitless with my boy. went so well i have stayed bitless. my cob jigsaw enjoyed his lesson and stopped really well, still working on the turning though.

I've recently participated to Alize's clinic at Puckshott Livery in Surrey and I must say I've been impressed with her knowledge and horsemen skills. She managed to show a kinder and more "human"
approach really works with all the horses and gives brilliant results after even few hours. A great day for horses and riders!!! And of course, not of lesser interest, it has been seen her riding in
such a beautiful and light way: I guess that's the best demonstration of how successful her approach is!

A fun but tiring day. Learnt a lot about my horse and gained a number of ideas of what to do with my horse to improve the relationship between us. Had my horse a number of years so you can think you
know the best way to do things but it was good to have Alize put another perspective on things. She worked with a more stubborn horse than mine is and it was good to see the improvement she achieved
even in a short time. I would recommend attending one of her clinics no matter what kind of horse you have. I can guarantee that you will come away with something to think about and to work on with
your horse.

Alize came to do a Wirral clinic today, my horse is already bitless but it was nice to be shown her queues for halting.
She was very good with my cob, Chancer, who is very difficult to work on the ground as he will take a mile if given an inch. Alize did some ground work with the cordeo and he'd trot along with her
and stop when asked, even if he was set on getting grass.
Alize has a very kind and patient way with the horses, and doesn't lose this when the horse is being especially difficult.

Just have to share! Ive been reading and following Alizé's site and the way in which shes works with horses. This morning I took my girl out and whilst I had some reins and a rope halter on her I
wanted to see how she would respond to the cordeo and Alizes queues. I was amazed. We were out in open moor and she listened beautifully most of the time. I couldnt actually believe that she was
stopping starting and turning without me having to do barely a thing. Its taken our my trust for her to a whole new level this morn. She has just amazed me one step further! Thanks so much Alize for
sharing your stuff and I look forward to learning more and putting it into practice.

Big thanks to Alize who came to see my Welsh Sec "D" x Argentine Criollo Polo Pony gelding Merlyn, he is quite a nervous chap and at only 5 years old does not have a lot of mileage under the saddle,
but having been started with a bit I was keen to see what steps were needed to transition him to Bitless riding. Alize was very patient with him, she rode him briefly in a bit to just get the feel of
him and also so we could see the difference once bitless, then she worked him on the lunge with a Cordeo, this seemed to build up a relationship, he was then ridden in a Matrix bridle set to
side-pull (the Matrix is a very versatile bridle can be used on many different settings) he was responding well "brakes and steering" finally with the bridle still on but the reins knotted and left
idle she rode him just on the Cordeo, he responded well to the pressure (having learnt this on the lunge). She was extremely helpful and gave me lots of pointers about how to continue his education,
she seems to have a natural affinity with horses and it is obvious she has a great love for them. Would recommend her services for teaching or starting a horse bitless.

I asked Aize to come and break in my 8 year old sec c geldin, That i have owned for about 5 years. I had always started working on him every spring but i had always ended up havn to put him back out
to graze due to circumstances changing and so decided to have some one else to break him in for me. I loved the way Alize worked with him, as he can b very stubborn and head strong and so her patient
and natural way of working with him was a great success, I would highly recommend her services to anyone who wants to have a more equal partnership with their horses and use a much quieter natural
approach.
